What if i have technical issues?
Technology is tricky and things happen that we wish wouldn’t sometimes. Take 3 deep breaths and email us. We will always refund your money if you run into significant issues, and we will always provide you with an appraisal. If submitting an appraisal through our portal is beyond your technological know-how, email us and we will find a way to appraise your item in a way that works for you.
DO I REGISTER FIRST?
You can register, but you will be asked for registration details AT THE END of your appraisal submission, so there is really no need to register first.
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE QUESTIONS AFTER I RECEIVE MY APPRAISAL?
Just email us at email@example.com and reference your appraisal number. We will be happy to answer additional questions. We are here to help you discover the value, after all!.
How DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
You will be asked to “verify” or “apply” your coupon at checkout to activate the coupon.
